Coronavirus \u2013 Precautionary Measures being taken by RWA and Guidelines to Prevent its Spread<\/span><\/h3>\n

India now has over\u00a0 Many confirmed cases of COVID-19\/Coronavirus. As we are all aware, it takes just one case of Coronavirus infection to put an entire community at risk. Minimizing the transmission risk requires every single person to take part in prevention. The basic principles of disease mitigation that have worked well are – maintaining\u00a0<\/u>hygiene\u00a0and\u00a0social distancing.<\/u><\/p>\n

In light of this,\u00a0we have taken some steps and measures to ensure safety of all our residents and staff. We have also reviewed and collated a list of suggestions\/recommendations\/precautions to be taken by all of us in order to keep ourselves and those around us safe and healthy. These are detailed below:<\/p>\n

Precautionary measures are taken<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Called off social gathering\/community events such as Holi.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Closed commonly\u00a0used amenities such as\u00a0Gym\/TT area.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0Deferred opening of the Swimming pool till 15th April (as per Noida Authority regulation pools need to \u00a0remain shut till 15 April.) The opening of the pool will be decided based on the situation in April.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Increased frequency of cleaning and sanitizing of common areas, lifts, lift panels, stair railings, door handles, etc.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Stopped bio-metric attendance of all staff. Domestic staff\/employee ID cards are not being handled right now.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Provided extra soap, soap strips to all society staff.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ordered hand sanitizers for use by the staff who are most at risk due to interaction with several visitors throughout the day.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Provided masks to the security, maintenance, and housekeeping staff and gloves to the housekeeping staff.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Restricted the use of club-house for events.<\/p>\n

Recommendations\u00a0& Tips for\u00a0Residents \u2013 General Precautions<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Regularly\u00a0and thoroughly clean your hands with\u00a0soap and water\u00a0or an\u00a0alcohol-based (at least 60% alcohol) hand sanitizer.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Avoid touching\u00a0your eyes, nose, and mouth\u00a0with unwashed hands.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Disinfect your main door knobs\/handles and calling bell switches frequently.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 If you have to step out of the house for supplies, once back the first thing to do is thoroughly clean your hands and change the clothes immediately.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Do not use the gym, children playing areas, swimming pools\u00a0or other common amenities.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sensitise your domestic staff, drivers, and other employees about the issue and the precautions that need to be taken by them at work and at their homes.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Delivery products – ask delivery executives to leave the parcels at the gate and collect it personally (it will not be possible for the security staff to make doorstep deliveries!). If that is\u00a0not possible, ask them to leave the\u00a0package outside your door after ringing the doorbell.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It is the responsibility of each resident to protect themselves and seek medical help or report if they suspect they are infected.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 If the resident has recently traveled to any of the Coronavirus hit countries\/states\/cities, please monitor your health very carefully and, if you have any signs or symptoms, seek medical help immediately and\/or quarantine yourself for 15 days.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Boost your immunity with adequate sleep, Zinc, Vitamin-C, and other multivitamins.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain an emergency contact list.<\/p>\n
