This order addressing the Non Compliance regarding filing of financial statements by M\/S Pre-Stressed Udyog (India) Pvt Ltd u\/s 137 of the Companies Act, 2013, has been addressed in this order issued dated on 5th Feb, 2024.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Case_Analysis\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Case Analysis:<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Appointment of Adjudicating Officer:<\/strong> <\/span>\u00a0Appointment of an Adjudicating Officer was done dated on On 24<sup>th<\/sup> of March, 2015 by The MCA with the objectives to oversee penalties under the Companies Act, 2013.
