Below are the options available:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Apply for Condonation under Section 119(2)(b)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Tax Dept provides relief for taxpayers who missed filing their ITR through a condonation request.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Purpose: For late filing or verification of ITR due to genuine reasons.<\/li>\n<li>This relief is discretionary and depends on the merits of the case.
