Insolvency professional’s to update 16-digit NCLT filing No in all IP Assignments
It is compulsory for the Insolvency professional to update sixteen-digit National Company Law Tribunal filing No in all assignments handled by IP’s & same has been approved by IBBI.
In order to facilitate the same a tab had been provided under each CD in the Insolvency professional Dashboard. All Insolvency professional’s were requested to login to their “Insolvency professional LOGIN” & update National Company Law Tribunal filing number of the respective Corporate Debtors handled by Insolvency professional by clicking the tab “ADD Filling Number” by extended date of 6th of October, 2023.
But, Insolvency professionals still email to IBBI regarding some issues they face in updating the filing number. The IPs who could not update the filing No are requested to file National Company Law Tribunal filing No in the google form by clicking the following link for all assignments handled by them. Click here to report filing No issue. Since some updating in module have been done,
IBBI directed to Insolvency professional’s who have reported their issues vide email, may try to file the e-filing No again now & report issues, if any, through google form.
