At ICEGATE, a new feature for verifying BE transmission status to GSTN has been enabled.
BE transmission status to GSTN at ICEGATE : Due to a mismatch in GSTR-2B, taxpayers who have IGST credit on their bills of entry are having a lot of trouble. Icegate has offered a facility for taxpayers to examine the status of BE transmission from icegate to GSTN.
Step 1) To check the status of your BE (Bill of Entry), go to the link below and enter your BE details.

Step 2) Then Next Step your Status as below will be displayed on your screen.
Important Update from ICEGATE (CBIC) regarding registration requirements.
- Users need to ensure they complete their registration within 15 days of receiving their Reference ID to avoid deletion and having to start the process again. This emphasizes the importance of timely action to maintain access and continuity of services.
- Complete Registration Within 15 Days to Avoid Deletion: CEGATE (CBIC) has issued an update, stating: “Attention Indian Customs Electronic Data Interchange Gateway(ICEGATE) users: Your Reference ID is valid for fifteen Days. Complete your registration within this time to avoid deletion and re-initiation.”
